Toward the end of 2015, our management and ownership teams sat down and hashed out our goals for the next five years. We discussed what makes us unique and what we can do to become an even more valuable partner to our clients. A huge piece of our revamped mission statement and key pillars centered on education and continued learning. We don't want to be playing catch up when installing new materials, or having to turn down projects as we don't have the required technical knowledge and expertise. For this reason our five year plan focuses on intelletual advancement, innovation and a learning environment where every member of our team is challenged to get out of their comfort zone, and learn something new! The following is a list of our key pillars and you will immediately see the emphasis on learning, studying, challenging one another, problem solving, and being actively engaged in the progression of the industry.
